Terms & Conditions

These terms apply when you use devakrut.com or buy from it. Our Shipping & Delivery Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy and Privacy Policy are part of these terms. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Who we are

devakrut.com is run by DEVAKRUT NATURE OILS LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India. In these terms, "Devakrut", "we" and "us" mean DEVAKRUT NATURE OILS LLP, and "you" means the person using the site or placing an order.

Using this website

  • You must be 18 or older to create an account or place an order.
  • Please give us accurate details: your name, phone number, e-mail and addresses. We use them to deliver your order and issue your invoice.
  • Don't misuse the site. That includes trying to get around its security, interfering with how it works, copying it in bulk by automated means, or placing orders you don't intend to pay for or receive.
  • We may refuse orders from, or stop access for, anyone who breaks these terms.

Your account

  • You can sign in with Google or with a one-time code that we send to your e-mail address. We don't use passwords.
  • Whichever way you sign in, the same e-mail address leads to the same account.
  • You don't need an account to buy. If you check out as a guest, we e-mail you a private link to view your order and download your invoice. If you later sign in with the same e-mail address, your guest orders appear in your account.
  • Anyone who can read your e-mail or use your Google account can sign in to your Devakrut account, so please keep those secure.

Our products

  • Edible oils are food. We describe them as accurately as we can. Product information on this site is general information. It is not medical or nutritional advice.
  • Label details. The manufacturer or packer, FSSAI licence, batch number and dates for each product are printed on its label.
  • Pictures. The bottles on this site are 3D renderings. The bottle, label and colour of the oil you receive may look slightly different.
  • Natural variation. Colour, aroma and thickness can vary a little from batch to batch.
  • Follow the label. Read the label on your bottle before use. If anything on this site differs from the label on the bottle you receive, follow the label.

Essential oil safety

Essential oils are highly concentrated. Please use them carefully:

  • Use them only for external or aromatic use, exactly as the label on your bottle says. Some are for aroma only and must not touch your skin.
  • Don't swallow any essential oil unless its label says you can.
  • If the label allows use on skin, always dilute the oil first and do a patch test on a small area. Stop using it if irritation develops.
  • Keep them away from your eyes, and out of reach of children and pets.
  • Some essential oils are flammable. Keep them away from flames and heat.
  • Nothing on this site is medical advice, and our products are not a substitute for it. If you have a health condition or are unsure, ask a doctor before use.

Prices

  • All prices are MRP (maximum retail price) and include all taxes, including GST. We don't add GST on top at checkout.
  • Shipping is free on orders of ₹999 and above. Below that, there is a shipping fee of ₹79, including GST. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
  • Before you pay, checkout shows the full amount you will pay, including any shipping fee and all taxes.
  • Prices can change. The price shown when you place your order is the price you pay for that order.
  • If a product is listed at a clearly wrong price because of an error, we will tell you before dispatch. You can then continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
  • Offers and discount codes come with their own conditions, which are shown with the offer.

Payment

  • All orders are prepaid. We don't offer cash on delivery.
  • Payments are processed by Razorpay. You can pay by UPI, card, net banking or wallet.
  • We never see or store your card details. Your payment is handled by Razorpay, and Razorpay's terms and your bank's terms also apply to it.
  • If money leaves your account but your order isn't confirmed, contact us with the payment reference. We will either confirm your order or refund the full amount, as set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Orders and invoices

  • Your order is placed when your payment is confirmed. We then send you an order confirmation by e-mail.
  • We issue a GST tax invoice for every order. You can download it from your account, or from the link in your order confirmation e-mail.
  • If you need a business (B2B) invoice, enter your GSTIN at checkout.
  • We may have to cancel an order after you place it — for example, if an item is out of stock or we can't deliver to your address. If we do, we will tell you and refund the full amount you paid.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

You can cancel free of charge until your order is dispatched. Food can't be returned once delivered, but we will replace or fully refund any item that arrives leaking, damaged, wrong or missing, if you tell us within 48 hours of delivery. Refunds reach your original payment method within 5–7 working days of approval. The full details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Delivery

We deliver within India only. Dispatch times, delivery times, shipping charges and what happens if a delivery fails are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Our content

The text, photographs, 3D models, designs, logos and the Devakrut name on this site belong to us or to the people who license them to us. You may view and share pages for your own personal use. Please don't copy or reuse them for any business purpose without our written permission.

Our responsibility to you

  • We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to take reasonable care.
  • We are not responsible for loss or damage that was not foreseeable, or that is caused by using a product in a way its label does not allow.
  • As far as the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
  • Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other law that can't be excluded.

Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, floods, strikes, courier disruptions or government restrictions. If such an event affects your order, we will tell you. If your order has not yet been delivered, you can cancel it for a full refund.

We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and resolve it within one month of receiving it.

Law and courts

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have jurisdiction over any dispute about them. This does not affect your right to approach a consumer commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. The terms in force when you placed an order apply to that order.
